PNSA Divisional Freestyle Competition

The Mission Ridge Ski Team is hosting the PNSA Mission Ridge Interdivisional Freestyle Competition
- Two Scored Mogul Events will be held on Saturday, February 2nd on Lower Tyee
- 1 Scored Mogul Event and 1 Unscored Dual Mogul Event will be held on Sunday, February 3rd
on
Lower Tyee. Lower Tyee can be accessed from Chair 3 – see Mission Ridge trail map at www.missionridge.com
Rules:
The competition shall be governed by the 2012-2013 USSA Freestyle Competition Guide.
All competitors must be licensed by USSA. Licenses can be obtained directly from USSA at http://www.ussa.org
Entry Fees:
Entry Fees are $45 for each day of competition. Entry fees are payable on-line by credit card. In the
event a competition is cancelled, each registered competitor’s entry fee for that event will be refunded.

Lift Tickets:
Lift tickets will be available at the Mission Ridge Ticket Office for $36 for registered competitors.
Competitors must display bib to receive the reduced price. Coaches will receive a complimentary lift
ticket the day of competition at a ratio of 1:5 or 1 ticket for every five registered competitors.
Bibs:
All competitors must wear their bibs during official training, competition and award ceremonies. A
deposit fee of $20.00 per bib will be charged by the Mission Ridge Ski Team upon registration for those
who do not have a bib. The deposit will be returned upon return of the bib.

Saturday Moguls:
9:00am – 11:00am Inspection and Training 11:00am Competition begins
Awards immediately following the second event at the mogul finish area.
Sunday Moguls/Dual Moguls:
9:00am – 11:00am Inspection and Training
11:00am Competition Begins
Awards immediately following duals finals at the mogul finish area.
Awards:
Awards will be presented to the top 3 male and top 3 female competitors in each competition for each
USSA age group.
All competitors, officials and other USSA members who attend and participate in the event do so at their
own risk. Neither the Mission Ridge Ski Team, Mission Ridge Ski & Board Resort, Pacific Northwest
Freestyle nor USSA shall be held responsible for any risks, dangers, hazards, personal injuries, death,
damages to property or loss caused by or occurring during the event to competitors, officials, and other
USSA members in conjunction with the organization or staging of the event.
Medical Insurance:
All competitors, officials and other USSA members MUST be covered by his or her own medical
insurance.
Accommodations:
The Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel. A block of rooms has been arranged for $82.00 per night
with up to 4 people per room at no additional cost. The Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel will also
