Class: U14 and older
Registration: 7:00 am to 8:00 am each morning prior to the race. Upper-Level Hampton
Team Captains Meeting: Each morning, 7:45am in the Hampton Lodge. Coaches lift tickets
will be handed out during the meeting. Additional coaches meetings will be held as needed
throughout the event.
Bibs: Issued Saturday morning at registration by team. Please have 1 coach pick up the bibs
and distribute to your team. The same bib will be used each race day.
Pre-race Registration: Enter online: www.mrst.us Traditional mail in entry using USSA race
entry form also accepted.
Entry Deadline: Friday, Jan. 31st (entries received, not postmarked). There is a $10 late fee
for entries received after that date. Absolutely NO phone, FAX, or e-mail entries accepted. NO
Day of Race Entries Accepted. Refunds will be given if entry is cancelled 24 hours in advance
of the first race start. Refunds for online entries will incur a $5 fee to cover administrative and
credit card fees charged by the site.
Entry Fee: $44.00 for 1 day, $88.00 for 2 days. If entering by mail, make payment to MRSEF
and include with USSA entry card. Entries received without payment will be considered late

Lifts: $34 for competitors, purchase at Mission Ridge ticket kiosk. Checks, cash, or credit
card accepted. Do not send lift ticket money with registration. Elite Pass tickets will be
available at Mission Ridge ticket office. The Mission Ridge ticket office opens at 7:30am for
racers and 8am for parents. All competitors must purchase a competitor ticket, no other
discounts apply. Cash, checks, and credit card accepted.
Early Lift for Competitors: Lifts open at 8:00am for competitors, one load only from base area
and 9:00am for parents.
Course Inspection: 8:30am – 9:15am. Course closed at 9:15am; 1st
forerunner at 9:20am.
Awards: Presented 30 minutes after each day’s race at the awards podium in the base area. 1st– 3rd
place awards in the following classes: U14, U16, U18, Overall male & female for the
weekend, plus a team award will be presented Sunday after the day’s individual awards.
Awards not claimed will be forfeited.
Race Volunteers: Anyone interested in volunteering to gate keep on race day can check in at
registration. Volunteers receive a ticket for the day worked, plus one for an additional day of
skiing during the 2013-14 ski season. Lunch and beverages provided.
Gear Bags: The Mission Ridge Lodge is relatively small. Bags left under tables or anywhere on
the floor of the lodge will be moved to lost and found. Please help us keep our lodge easy to
Lodging: The Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel. A block of rooms has been arranged for
$82.00 per night with up to 4 people per room at no additional cost. The Coast Wenatchee
Center Hotel will also have tuning space available. Please call 509.662.1234 and ask for
Natasha Martin to book rooms for the Hampton Cup Ski Race (at least two weeks prior to race)

HELMETS ARE REQUIRED
Please make parents and spectators aware that access to the finish arena requires the use of a
lift or a 20 minute walk via the summer road behind the lodge. Mission Ridge does not allow
foot traffic on its ski runs or lifts nor do we provide any form of transportation to the race arena.
A Chair #1 only ticket is $30.
