and Patrol staffs have been working their magic this week and we're proud to announce we'll be opening more terrain starting Friday, December 2nd.

Along with Sunspot, Tumwater and Mimi, 3 additional trails covering 22 acres will be open for skiing and riding.

The new terrain will be accessible from the Liberator Express summit lift and include Tumwater 3, the B24 Park slope, the lift line between towers 14 & 13 and lower Toketie above Midway. This brings the early season terrain to 6 trails, 71 acres and 2,250 vertical feet.  The  Mini Mimi Terrain Park is set up for jibbing with a variety of boxes, rails, corrugated pipe and other features.

Lifts and the Mimi Park will operate from 9:00AM to 4:00PM, Friday, Saturday & Sunday.  Lifts include: Chair #1, Liberator Express and Pika Peak Rope Tow.

Jerri is the marketing director for Mission Ridge Ski & Board Resort. She is also one of the site administrators of Mission Ridge Ski & Board Resort. Jerri moved to Wenatchee in 2001 and having a ski area 12 miles from town was definitely a determining factor in the relocation. Starting off snowboarding with her teenagers Jerri has since also took up skiing. Why not?

What's Jerri's Line?

"I really enjoy so many spots at Mission but I guess my favorite is going out with one of my friends and letting them show me "their favorite spot". For me it then becomes an adventure and I certainly have learned a lot more about the area that way.
