Mountain Crews Grab More Terrain

on Thursday, 08 December 2011. Posted in Announcements

Mission ads Terrain this weekend

MR chair2While the persistent high pressure system entrenched over the Northwest is essentially unchanged of late, the activity at Mission Ridge has been anything but stagnant.  The Snowmakers have been busy chasing temperatures and making good headway towards more terrain options to be coming soon.  Our Groomers and Patrol have pulled-out all the stops to open Kiwa, Java, Toketie and Kwan with natural snow and creative farming for the upcoming weekend, starting Saturday, Dec. 10th..

This brings the early season terrain totals up to 12 trails and 90+ acres.  All open terrain above Midway will be accessible from the Liberator Express.  We still have early season conditions so for your safety, please observe all posted closures and warnings.  Sunscreen recommended!

Hours of Operations:  9:00AM – 4:00PM, Fri-Sun

Lifts Open:  Chair #1, Liberator Express and Pika Peak Rope.

closeup mission_signThere are so many reasons a Mission Ridge Gift Card or as we refer to it - Mountain Money could be just the ticket this holiday season.

They can be used anywhere on the mountain for a variety of things including but not limited to childcare, lessons, lift ticket, season pass, gift items, food and beverages, rental gear or equipment tune ups and repairs.  That is not all, think about the gift of outdoor activity, winter sunshine, being in an environment that encourages an appreciation of the outdoors.  Sking and snowboarding are family sports that last a lifetime.

Mountain Money can be purchased on line at missionridge.com or pre-loaded cards are available at Arlberg Sports in downtown Wenatchee.  Imagine the fun!
