The Mission Ridge Food & Beverage department strives to provide exceptional service to our guests through food and beverage services across multiple restaurants located in the Base Area and across the mountain.
Food & Beverage department positions we will begin hiring for in October include:
The work is concentrated indoors at the Hampton Lodge. Greeting & seating guests, clearing and cleaning tables in the restaurant, cafeteria and deck, and keeping products and condiments stocked.
Food & Beverage Cashier/Barista
Food & Beverage Cashiers/Baristas are responsible for the sale of products from the Hampton Lodge Food Court as well as making espresso drinks. Cashiers/Baristas keep the food court and deck clean and stocked with condiments and products. Cashiers/Baristas are able to work in a busy, fast paced environment under some pressure, while maintaining a positive attitude and exceptional guest service at all times.
Food & Beverage Dishwasher
Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keeps the dish area free of clutter and organized. Sets up dishmachines and maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.
Food & Beverage Server
Responsible for taking orders and making drinks. Food & Beverage Servers are able to work in a busy, fast paced environment under some pressure, while maintaining a positive attitude and exceptional guest service at all times. Food & Beverage Servers must be 21+.
Kitchen Shift Supervisor
The Kitchen Shift Supervisor is responsible for the overall preparation and presentation of food from the Hampton Lodge Restaurant while overseeing and training Prep and Line Cooks. The ideal candidate is a natural leader and motivator, who will share their knowledge and enthusiasm to energize and inspire individual and group success within the Food & Beverage team.
Kitchen/Line Cooks provide breakfast, lunch and dinner to Mission Ridge guests at the Ka Wham Cafe and Chair 5 Pub. Kitchen/Line Cooks participate in cleaning, baking, cooking and preparing food. Kitchen/Line Cooks must be 16+.
On-Mountain Food & Beverage Outlet Server
On-Mountain Servers are located in different locations on the mountain so must be a proficient skier/rider to get to the location , possibly carrying a backpack or food items. Responsible for selling food and drinks to guests in an outdoor location. Must be 21+ and be able to ski or snowboard at an intermediate level.
Midway Lodge Manager
The Midway Lodge Manager is responsible for the overall preparation/presentation of food and the sale of products from the Midway Lodge. The Midway Lodge Manager oversees Midway Lodge Team Members, works closely with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Manager on ordering and inventory. Must be available weekends and holidays. The Midway Lodge is an indoor/outdoor food and beverage location at mid-mountain between the top of Chair #1 and the Wenatchee Express. Must be 21+.
Midway Lodge Team Member
Assist in cleaning, baking, cooking and preparing food, pouring drinks, and cashiering at Mission Ridge's Midway Lodge. Midway Lodge Team Members are guest service oriented.The Midway Lodge is an indoor/outdoor food and beverage location at mid-mountain between the top of Chair #1 and the Wenatchee Express. Midway Lodge Team Members ride Chair #1 to get to the Midway Lodge and walk down or ski/snowboard to return to the Base Area at the end of their shift.
