10am Update: Valley views like today’s make early season laps even better! The grooming team rolled out some beautiful corduroy for us this morning, providing sweet turns top to bottom. Look for those groomers to stay fast throughout the day, with the afternoon temps cresting around 30 degrees. With only a few scattered high cloud layers we are looking forward to laps in the forecasted sunshine!

As the night sky begins to make way for the day up here at the mountain we are being treated to a spectacular view of the valley lights below. Thanksgiving has come and gone for the year, but we have some exciting news to be thankful for today! For the first time this season, Chair 3 will be spinning on Saturday and Sunday, putting all four chair lifts and both rope tows (Pika Peak and 100 Laps) in play with limited terrain. Kiwa, Java, and Toketie will be the open runs on Chair 3. Look for the AM groomed runs to be providing the most consistent turns today, with great views and sunshine in the daily forecast!

Early season conditions will exist. Low snow and difficult conditions present. Please stay on open runs and respect all rope lines/trail closures as they are there for your safety.

Forecast:

Mostly sunny, with a high near 30. West wind around 11 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph.
