1/22/21 Conditions Report

Posted on January 22nd, 2021

10 AM Update: I know we come here for the turns, but don't forget to enjoy the views while you are here as well! It's a cool, crisp morning, and the groomers are skiing great and they are calling for mostly sunny today. With the way the mountain has been skiing and riding the last few days, expect to find consistent turns all over the mountain until we close tonight at 9 pm.

Calm, clear, cool, corduroy. This assortment of alliteration always assures an awesome time out on the mountain. The grooming crew continues to deliver great groomed snow-covered ground for you to gleefully glide over. Make sure to bundle up today as the barometer will be bound between 20 and 30 degrees. Start your weekend off early and enjoy the enticing views while we eagerly await the extended forecast.

Chairs 1, 3, 4, the Pika Peak Rope Tow, and the 100LAPS Rope Tow are scheduled for operation from 9 am to 4 pm today with Chair 1, Chair 4, the Pika Peak Rope Tow, and the 100LAPS Rope Tow Scheduled for operation during Night Skiing from 4 pm - 9 pm.

Please make sure to dress appropriately for the conditions and remember that we are asking that everyone use their car as their base camp as there is no inside seating at this time and capacity restrictions are in place for all inside spaces.

It is important that everyone recognizes that this season is different from any we’ve experienced. It is up to every individual, both ski area employee and guest, to do their part to help protect the health and safety of our skiing and snowboarding community. Our expectation is that each one of us will follow protocols to help keep each other healthy. We ask all employees and guests to share in this responsibility and help us, “be the reason we have a season.”
