10 AM Update: This is a true Mission Ridge day! The sun is out, the groomers are riding great and there are dry pow turns still to be found. Chair 4 is currently on a mechanical hold. Our Lift Maintenance team is currently diagnosing the situation and we will update when we have more information.

We are looking to have a B-E-A-UTIFUL blue bird day on the mountain. Expect groomed runs to be silky smooth to start the morning. Off-piste [non-groomed] runs will be variable around the mountain due to the high winds from the last couple days. Many areas were filled in with wind deposited snow and scoured others. My 4 o'clock run from the top of the Wenatchee Express yesterday (2/23) was full of nice soft turns and I expect more of the same to start the morning.

All Chairs as well as the Pika Peak rope tow are scheduled for operation from 9 am to 4 pm. Chair 1, 4 and the Pika Peak rope tow are scheduled for night skiing from 4pm-9pm. The 100Laps rope tow will be closed for the day. The 100Laps Terrain Park and the Fun Park will both be closed to start the day as crews are working to dig out features from the last storm, parks will open as soon as work is complete.

It is important that everyone recognizes that this season is different from any we’ve experienced. It is up to every individual, both ski area employee and guest, to do their part to help protect the health and safety of our skiing and snowboarding community. Our expectation is that each one of us will follow protocols to help keep each other healthy. We ask all employees and guests to share in this responsibility and help us, “be the reason we have a season.”
