1:30 PM Update: Mother Nature has turned up the dial on the winds up top, so the Wenatchee Express will be closed for the rest of the day.

10 AM Update: A storm is blowing in, we've seen heavy snow this morning, with sunny breaks, and wind gusts, and it's only 10. The groomers are riding nice this morning and I found some surprisingly deep powder pockets off-piste. Look for off-piste to be variable as the wind has blown around the new snow.

Snow incoming! A possible 2-4 inches throughout the day. A light dusting received early this morning will put a nice soft buttery layer on groomed runs around the mountain. Off-piste [non-groomed] runs remain variable around the mountain, some areas have a nice wind deposit of snow making for excellent soft turns, expect to see some scoured areas as well. It is always a good idea to get a feel for the snow before charging into your line.

All Chairs as well as the Pika Peak rope tow are scheduled for operation from 9 am to 4 pm. Chair 1, 4 and the Pika Peak rope tow are scheduled for night skiing from 4pm-9pm. The 100Laps rope tow will be closed for the day. The 100Laps Terrain Park will be closed to start the day as crews are working to dig out features from the last storm, the park will open as soon as work is complete.

Please make sure to dress appropriately for the conditions and remember that we are asking that everyone use their car as their base camp as there is limited seating inside and capacity restrictions are in place for all inside spaces.

It is important that everyone recognizes that this season is different from any we’ve experienced. It is up to every individual, both ski area employee and guest, to do their part to help protect the health and safety of our skiing and snowboarding community. Our expectation is that each one of us will follow protocols to help keep each other healthy. We ask all employees and guests to share in this responsibility and help us, “be the reason we have a season.”
