2/27/2021 Conditions Report

Posted on February 27th, 2021

12:00 PM Update: All Full-Day, Late Arrival and Night tickets for today, Saturday, Feb. 27th are SOLD OUT. Tomorrow, Sunday, Feb. 28th Full Day tickets are SOLD OUT and a limited quantity of Late Arrival tickets for tomorrow are available. Get those online in advance.

They are calling for a sunny day up here at the mountain. The groomers should be in great shape this morning as the temps have been consistent all night. There should still be some pow stashes to be found, some areas will have deeper pockets because of wind deposits and some areas might be windblown. As always, use caution your first couple of runs to get a feel for the mountain and your favorite spots.

All Full-Day tickets for today, Saturday, Feb. 27th, and Sunday, Feb. 28th are SOLD OUT. Late Arrival Tickets are SOLD OUT for Today as well. We still have some night ski tickets available for tonight, but are expecting to sell out and a limited quantity of Late Arrival tickets for tomorrow. Get those online in advance.

All Chairs as well as the Pika Peak rope tow are scheduled for operation from 9 am to 4 pm. Chair 1, 4 and the Pika Peak rope tow are scheduled for night skiing from 4pm-9pm. The 100Laps rope tow will be closed to start the day and we hope to have it open at noon.

Please make sure to dress appropriately for the conditions and remember that we are asking that everyone use their car as their base camp as there is limited seating inside and capacity restrictions are in place for all inside spaces.

It is important that everyone recognizes that this season is different from any we’ve experienced. It is up to every individual, both ski area employee and guest, to do their part to help protect the health and safety of our skiing and snowboarding community. Our expectation is that each one of us will follow protocols to help keep each other healthy. We ask all employees and guests to share in this responsibility and help us, “be the reason we have a season.”

2/27 - Mostly sunny, with a high near 24. Wind chill values as low as -5. Northwest wind 10 to 16 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph.
