A: No, for online purchases, you would want to buy a Digital Gift Card associated with a guest account.
Q: Can a minor use Mountain Money?
A: Absolutely. They will present it to the cashier and we will treat it as a payment type.
Q: Can I add Mountain Money to my Season Pass?
A: To add money to your Season Pass it needs to be purchased as a Digital Gift Card. Please note that Digital Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase food or drinks.
Q: Can a minor use Digital Gift Cards online?
A: No, most online products require some kind of waiver to be signed, so the purchaser must be over 18. They can however, use a Digital Gift Card balance at the mountain for Retail items. Please note that Digital Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase food or drinks.Â
Q: Can I exchange my Mountain Money for a Digital Gift Card?
A: No, not at this time.
Q: How soon will I get the Mountain Money gift card after it is purchased?
A: We process orders within 48 hours of receiving them. They will be mailed out to the purchaser. If you need them mailed somewhere else, please contact our ticketing office.
Q: I need the Mountain Money gift card right away!
A: No problem, come on up to Mission Ridge while we are open and we can sell you a gift card and hand it right over.
Q: I lost my Mountain Money card, can you retrieve my funds?
A: We can only help retrieve funds if you have the 16 digit code from the back of the card and the pin code. We recommend taking a photo of the back of the Mountain Money card so you have this information available.
Q: How can I find the balance of my Mountain Money?
A: The card has instructions to register your card which will then allow you to see the balance and card activity.
Q: How can I find the balance of my Digital Gift Card?
A: This can be found by logging into our ecomm store.
