2/18/26 Conditions Report

10:00 Conditions Update:

It’s a cold & mostly sunny morning as we continue to enjoy some smooth groomers and leftovers! Cold temps have allowed snow quality to stay dry and light, so the groomers are skiing crisp and consistent with tons of spray potential. Snow guns are on blast across the mountain, with strong overnight production building some man-made rollers on Mimi and in the Fun Park. Ungroomed areas are in variable condition, with some areas that retain soft packed powder and others that have been scraped down to a firm underlying crust. There is good stuff to be found out there, but if you leave the groomers, be prepared (as always) for a range of conditions and areas of low coverage. Keep in mind that temps are quite cold today! This is doing well at preserving fresh conditions, but make sure to dress in plenty of layers and take breaks to warm up if you need!

6:30 Conditions Report:

Good morning skiers!

As dawn breaks over the valley, the mountain is starting the day with nary a cloud overhead. We have our grooming team out perfecting the corduroy for you to enjoy, and some crisp overnight temperatures allowed our snowmakers to blast the slopes with artificial white all around the mountain. The trend of cold ambient temps and colder wind chill continues into today, with wind chill values forecast to drop as low as -3F, so dress for success today by layering well and covering all exposed skin. While we are starting the day sunny, we have a chance of snow in the afternoon again to keep our slopes nice and fresh all day long. Anticipate supportive on-piste conditions with smooth cords to complement the new snow to start the day, with the potential for some clouds to move in in the afternoon.

The skiing is wonderful but it’s going to be chilly, so snag a few laps and make sure to take breaks to warm up in Midway or Hampton Lodge.

See you on the mountain!
