3/26/26 Conditions Report

10:00 Conditions Update:

The grooming team put in a strong shift last night, and I thoroughly enjoyed carving into some firm but edge-able corduroy this morning. We’re riding some crisp groomers from top to bottom, with fairly consistent snow conditions across the board on the pistes. Temps are a bit cooler than they have been, though the summit is definitely not as chilly as initially forecasted. Lower down, we are just starting to see the sun warming things up, but the softening cycle hasn’t really begun in earnest just yet. As the day progresses, we’re likely to see spring corn develop lower down, while the upper mountain will probably remain colder and drier for the most part. It’s gonna be an awesome day of cruising under brilliant blue skies, and we’ll see you up here!

:30 Conditions Report:

Good morning skiers & riders!

The red light of dawn is just creeping into the clear morning skies east of The Ridge. A beautiful Thursday is on the cards, with perfect sunny skies in the forecast. Temperatures are currently in the mid-teens on the upper mountain and mid-20s near the Base Area. A return to chillier temperatures up top means we’ll likely see an elevation-dependent divergence in conditions today, with the lower mountain following a spring softening cycle while the upper mountain remains wintry.

Up top, we’ll likely remain below freezing at the summit throughout the day with a steady breeze of just over 20mph out of the west. Wind chills at the summit could start the morning pretty chilly, and we’ll be enjoying some buzzy firm corduroy.

Lower down, temps will top out around 40 by mid-afternoon. Paired with a sunny forecast, this will bring about some spring softening from the lower elevations upward. Look to skiers’ left on Mimi to be the first site of the corn harvest once the light begins filtering onto those slopes.

Today’s scheduled runs include Sunspot, Tumwater, Mimi, Lower Sitkum, & Lower Chak Chak, along with 100Laps and Lil Bombers parks.

Don’t forget that Season Passes are on sale starting TODAY at 8am! Choose the pass that fits your schedule from Twilight, Core Value, Mid-Week, or Premier, and get stoked for the 26/27 season.
