The Ridge is already known for its Ribs thanks to Chef Rey, but for the last weekend in August we’ll welcome one more – and he’s a very special guest. Rib is the spirited frontman of Spare Rib & the Bluegrass Sauce as well as a key member of our wintertime crowd favorite band, Buzz Brümp.
