Join us for a romantic winter evening on The Ridge. Valentine’s Dinner at Mission Ridge is a one-of-a-kind experience that combines stunning mountain views, cozy ambiance, and an unforgettable dinner shared with that special someone.

Seating is limited to maintain the intimate feel of the evening. Make sure to reserve your spot in advance. Tickets go on sale January 14th. Don’t wait! We only accept 40 reservations.

Enjoy tasty appetizers when you arrive to Midway, then dive into your delicious multi-course meal.

Starter:

Fresh romaine layered with creamy avocado, roasted corn, red onion, and vine-ripened tomatoes, lightly tossed in a zesty chimichurri vinaigrette and topped with cotija cheese. Accompanied by warm tortilla chips.

Entree:

Chile-Braised Short Ribs: Slow-braised short ribs infused with smoked chilies and aromatic spices, resting on a citrus-bright lime and cilantro polenta cake. Topped with a deep, savory chipotle–ancho sauce with roasted poblanos and fire-roasted tomatoes.

OR

Oven-Roasted Salmon: Tender oven-roasted salmon served alongside a classic ratatouille of seasonal vegetables, finished with a silky vodka cream sauce.

Dessert:

Chocolate Bundt Cake: Rich, moist chocolate bundt cake finished with a bright raspberry sauce.

Price

$110 per person; this includes a delicious multi-course meal, wine tasting, liquor samples, and 2 drinks with dinner. During check-out, you can also add a bottle of wine with dinner!

• Snowshoes are available to rent for $35. If you have a ticket to ski or ride, you can take Chair 1 up, but you must ski back down. You’ll miss the ice bar though!
