1. MOUNTAIN ACCESS PASSES/TICKETS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE All mountain access passes/tickets are non-transferable. Use of another person's season pass is considered theft of services and is a felony offense. We reserve the right to impose a financial penalty as well and revoke a pass without a refund due to theft of services.

2. Guest must present Mountain Access Pass/Ticket to the Attendant at each lift before boarding. Your Mountain Access Media must be scanned in order to board the mountain lifts. If your Mountain Access Pass/Ticket does not scan, you may be asked to obtain a “no charge” replacement Pass/Ticket at the Ticket Office.
3. Lost Mountain Access Pass/Ticket must be reported to the Ticket Office. A REPLACEMENT PASS/TICKET WILL BE ISSUED FOR A $5.00 REPLACEMENT FEE.
4. New Mission LLC. Reserves the right to change its tentative open/close dates and operating hours, as well as determine the number of lifts in operation and terrain available for use at any given time.
5. New Mission LLC. reserves the right to cancel a Mountain Access Pass/Ticket for failure to comply with regulations set herein and/or disregard for the safe use of lifts, terrain, and/or other facilities at the area, and/or disregard of the Rules of Use, the Uphill Travel Policy, the Mission Ridge Your Responsibility Code, SMART STYLE or any other ski area rules, policies or protocols. This includes, but is not limited to, criminal misconduct, disruption of business, reckless or excessive speed, skiing/riding outside the ski area boundary, staying within the ski area boundary after Trail Closing Procedure (TCP) begins, or re-entering the ski area boundary after TCP is complete and violations of laws or policies of the Wenatchee National Forest and/or State Lands.
