Lesson Programs for Kids

Flyers (ages 3-5 ski , 4-5 snowboard)

Your child will be paired with one of our youth specialist ski/snowboard instructors for a one-on-one experience. We will provide opportunities to come inside to rest tired legs. Your child must be potty-trained and have a willingness to ski/snowboard and we must be able to contact parents throughout the lesson.

Package includes the lesson, lift ticket and rentals

  • 1 hour private lesson package: $TBD

Want to add one kiddo to the lesson? The additional guest must be between the ages of 3-5. This add on price includes the lesson, lift and rentals as well.

Kids lessons (ages 6-12, ski and snowboard)

Our kids’ lessons are a great way to introduce your child to skiing or snowboarding as well as hone the skills of more experienced riders. Your child will be grouped with others of the same ability level.

*If you need to rent gear, please arrive 45 minutes before the start of your lesson. 

2 hour daytime group lessons begin at 9:00am, 11:30am, and 2:00pm.

2 hour evening lessons begin at 5:00pm on dates with scheduled night skiing.

Spring Fling Lesson

This special spring lesson offer is for ages 6 and older and includes a 2-hour beginner group lesson, rental gear (ski or snowboard), and lift access for the lesson. 

Beginner group lessons are a great introduction to skiing or snowboarding. The lesson instruction will focus on building a solid foundation of skills.

Lesson Details:

  • 2 hour group lesson- online purchase available
  • Pika Peak lessons only
  • No access to chair 1
  • No option to upgrade their lesson to green half way

The Learn to Ski / Ride Freedom Pass

The Learn to Ski/Snowboard Freedom Pass is your ticket to unlimited beginner lessons, unlimited beginner lift access, and unlimited rentals for the 2022/23 season for ages 6+. The program is designed to take someone who has never experienced skiing or snowboarding and allow them to feel comfortable, confident, and inspired to explore intermediate terrain by the end of the season. 

This product is for ages 6+.
If your child will not be turning 6 by the date of your first lesson booked, this is not the right product for them. 

Price: $299 (plus 8.3% sales tax) 

What is included:  

  • Beginner Group Lessons
  • Beginner Lift Access
  • Pika Peak Magic Carpet, Rope Tow & Chair #1 only
  • Gear Rental

Blackout dates: Dec 26-Jan 1,  Saturday/Sunday mornings January/February until 2pm for lessons, lift access and rentals
