Holiday Camp FAQs

Q: How early should I arrive to check in?

A: We recommend no later than 8:15. Groups leave promptly at 9:05 from the meeting area and we do not guarantee being able to connect your kiddo with their same class.

Q: Is there a discount for multiple kids in the same family?

A: No, we price our products with the anticipation that most families have more than one kid signing up for programs.

Q: Do we need a lift ticket? I don’t think my kid will get on the chairlift?

A: Everybody needs a lift ticket. Think of it as an “access” ticket to the snow playground.

Q: If we miss a day, can we make it up? Can I get a partial refund?

A: Unfortunately no, we don’t offer make-up days or prorated refunds for Holiday Camp.
