11/22 Pre-Season Update

Warm temperatures have persisted into Wednesday, but things are starting to cool down, and the MRSM crew is gearing up to get back out on the mountain as of Wednesday afternoon. The temperature window for tonight (Wed.) looks good. We still need a solid day+ of quality snowmaking temps to put the final pieces into place for a weekend opening. The grooming crew spent the day pushing the snowmaking piles out and shaping the runs on Sunspot, Tumwater, and Mimi. We continue to target the weekend for the opening day of the 2023/24 season, conditions permitting and will send out another update tomorrow. We wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving, with a special note of thanks to our crews, and the families of those crews, who will be out on the mountain tomorrow (Thanksgiving Day) working to open up the mountain for all of us.
