A skier plows pow off piste in front of a chair lift on a gloomy day

2/1/25 Conditions Report

10:00 Conditions Update: Sunshine peeks out between clouds as you ride the lift to the summit, giving you a teaser of the joy to come. The groomers are smooth and edgeable from the new snow, with plenty to room to stretch out and feel those turns. Off-piste is thankful for the snowfall, but remains variable from wind scour, so make sure to feel out your tracks before diving into a line. It’s a bit gusty at the summit, but the slopes shelter you as you descend. Bundle up and head up to Mission Ridge for some weekend laps!

6:30 Conditions Report: After an exciting day of fresh snow, more snow continued to fall overnight! A few more inches should accumulate in the afternoon today, with sun earlier in the day. It’s forecast to be windy today with some wind chill, so take care to layer well and cover all exposed skin. Don’t forget to stop in Midway Lodge for some breaks to warm up with hot cocoa or one of their delicious sandwiches! With our terrain refreshed by this new snow, our grooming team is delighted to lay down some corduroy for you to spread out and explore. We’re open for Night Skiing tonight so come up early for your chance at sunny turns, or take your time and enjoy a little more fresh white as it falls this afternoon!

See you on the mountain!
