2/12/25 Conditions Report

9:30 Conditions Report: There’s not a cloud in the sky this morning, and mountain is skiing excellently, with soft, smooth groomers from top to bottom. There’s tons of space to spread out and enjoy an incredible, bright winter day at whatever pace suits you. For those who really feel like exploring, there are still a few stashes of fresh snow from last week’s refreshes hidden away amongst the trees and out in the bowls. As you’re out enjoying the slopes, please be sure to keep any exposed skin covered and keep close tabs on your temperature, as it is currently 1 degree at the summit. It’ll be extra important to take breaks if you need to warm up, especially since there’s no rush: we’re open till 9pm for night skiing!

6:30 Conditions Report: A beautiful morning is dawning clear and cold on The Ridge. Persistent chilly temperatures have kept snow surfaces in good condition recently, and today we expect more of the same, with smooth corduroy waiting to be carved while a few fresh stashes remain off-piste for those willing to make a hike or traverse. Please be advised that when we say “chilly temperatures,” we mean it. Wind chill values will likely be subzero for much of the day at the summit; it’s gonna be extra important to cover exposed skin and stay attuned with the condition of your body as you enjoy the slopes. We will of course have both the Hampton and Midway lodges available for warming, dining, and socializing. We’re also excited for the weekly return of night skiing; we’ll stay open till 9pm to allow for some extra laps after work or school!

We’ll see you on the mountain!
