Ski and snowboard tracks over freshly groomed snow

2/12/26 Night Conditions Report

4:00pm Conditions Report:

Good evening from The Ridge! We’re getting ready for a great night on the mountain, and we hope to see you up here! Temps are currently floating just above freezing across the mountain but should be dipping back down within the next couple hours. We have variable conditions across the mountain after a day of skier and rider traffic. Up top, we have areas of loose snow atop a firmer base. Though it got a little warm today, most spots stayed shady, so snow quality in the higher elevations remains fairly dry, with light or mid-density loose snow floating around on a hard base layer. Your best odds of finding softer snow will be less-trafficked areas like Chair 4 terrain. Lower down, temps got warmer and some areas – especially those affected by the sun – got wet and spring-like. To start the evening, these areas will feel soft but heavy, but they are likely to firm back up before too long. The forecast calls for temps dropping toward the 20s and clouds beginning to move in as a more active weather pattern approaches.

Thursday Night Drags will be carving into Mimi tonight before heading inside for some fun in the Pub. Anyone is welcome to join in on the aftermath, where we’ll have a raffle with some great giveaways and tastings from our friends at Dru Bru. Should be a great night both outdoors and indoors!
