10am Conditions Report:Â Our first turns this morning were soft and powdery! We’ve received 6″ of fresh snow in the past 24 hours and now the sun is making an appearance. On the groomed runs you’ll find areas of corduroy to wind loaded patches of soft snow, while off the groomed runs you’ll find deeper pockets of soft wind loaded snow mixed with variable conditions and thin coverage in places. Today’s forecast calls for chilly temps combined with gusty winds and wind chill values as low as -9, so be sure to layer up for your storm skiing and enjoy a late season powder day!
Early Morning Report: Winter has returned to the mountain, and last night, we received 3″ of fresh snow for a total of 4″ in the last 24 hours! The groomed runs will be running silky smooth this morning, with soft turns to be found in most places. Conditions off the groomed runs will be variable, with deep pockets of wind-deposited snow mixed in with areas of low coverage. Today’s forecast calls for chilly temps combined with gusty winds and wind chill values as low as -9, so be sure to layer up for your storm skiing and enjoy the soft turns!
