Ski and snowboard tracks over freshly groomed snow

2/4/26 Night Conditions Report

4:00pm Conditions Report:

Mother Nature brought us balmy temps today that’ll continue well into the evening, resulting in slushy spring riding beneath the lights. Temps crested 50 at Midway this afternoon, which has left the snowpack very soft, wet, and heavy. These conditions will persist well into the evening before potentially starting to firm up later on. Here on the mountain, we’re hanging out above the valley inversion once again, and it should be a really fun night. These springy days can often bring some of the softest snow conditions for night skiing. While there are a few areas on the upper mountain that have been scraped down to hardpack, there is an abundance of corn out there ripe for the harvest. Lower down, there are a few areas that have gotten truly wet and puddle-y throughout the day. We also have Trivia on Tap in the Hampton Lodge starting at 6:30! Come join us and Timberline Brewing for one brain-teasing fun in the lodge.
