10am Conditions Report: For our first turns of the day we found variable groomed runs with areas of machine groomed corduroy to wind-blown, soft powdery turns. Off the groomers the snow varies from firm surfaces to wind-loaded powder and thin coverage in places. We expect to see snow showers throughout the day that should add new snow and soften turns as the day continues.
Skookum is closed today through Monday for the U14 Super-G race series.

Early Morning Conditions Report:Â This morning we are seeing new snow on the mountain! Today’s forecast calls for overcast skies, a 50% chance of snow accumulations and gusty conditions. The groomed runs will be soft this morning and will vary from corduroy to wind-blown velvety snow. Off the groomers you can expect areas of soft, wind-loaded powder to firm surfaces and thin coverage in places. Be prepared for the weather to be dynamic today.
