Waving ski patroller carving on Tumwater

3/12 Conditions Report

10am Conditions Report: Last night’s 3″ of fresh snow is mixing in for some amazing turns this morning! The snow on the groomed runs varies from light powder, heavier wind-loaded patches and soft corduroy. Soft turns can be found in most places off of the groomed runs with patches of wind-affected surfaces, deeper soft snow and thin coverage in places. Today’s forecast calls a 50% chance of snow, partly sunny skies and breezy conditions.

Please stay on open runs and respect all rope lines/trail closures, as they are there for your safety.

Early Morning Conditions Report: We received 3″ of fresh snowfall overnight that when combined with yesterday’s snow will make for velvety soft turns in most areas on the mountain! The groomers will be smooth this morning with the most consistent turns found on AM groomed runs (groomed after midnight). Off the groomed runs soft turns will be found in most places with areas of deeper, wind-loaded powder, firmer surfaces and thin coverage in places. Chairs 1, 2, 4, and all surface lifts are scheduled for operation from 9am to 4pm today.
