Flamingoes are emerging from the rafters all across the mountain, but there’s still plenty to be found out there! For “big” flamingoes found on Chair 2 or Chair 4 terrain, stop by Midway to collect your prize. For flamingoes found on Mimi, your prizes will be at reception.
Weather and surface conditions are both trending quickly toward warm and springlike, with clear blue skies and temps already in the 40s below Midway. Upper mountain snow surfaces are staying mid-firmness and dry for now, dealing out some good carving conditions. The Bomber Banked slalom course is still intact over in the Fun Park, creating a fun and dynamic challenge with some playful features. On Tumwater 2 and below, we are already trending strongly toward spring conditions, with plenty of corn ready to harvest in sunlit exposures. Soft corn will continue to spread to most slope aspects and elevations as the day continues.
As of 9:50 this morning, the Season Pass flamingo is still out there, so don’t miss out on some great spring turns and your chance at glory. We’ll see you on the mountain!

Good morning skiers and riders, and happy Flamingo Days! Our penultimate day of the season is dawning clear and, for now, cool. We have the setup for a beautiful spring day, with sunny skies and temperatures warming into the 40s in the Upper Basin and 50s on the lower mountain. Snow conditions will follow that typical spring trajectory, starting off the morning with firm, supportive corduroy that’ll transition into soft spring corn when the sun begins to hit. Come up early if you want to tear into some smooth groomers (or get first dibs on those flamingoes), or wait until mid-morning if you’re looking to slash into some slushy goodness.
Speaking of Flamingoes, don’t forget that our end-of-season tradition kicks off today! Wear your brightest outfit and search the mountain for flamingoes, one of which holds the keys to a 26/27 Premier Pass! For all the info on one of our favorite events, click here.
As we return to spring riding after a week away and begin to scour the mountain for any signs of pink, we know that excitement is going to be high today, and rightfully so! However, please continue to ride with care as we enter the final days of the season. As always, conditions on the mountain remain dynamic, and conditions and coverage could look different from last time you were here.
Scheduled lifts for today include Chair 1, Chair 2, Chair 4 to mid-station, and all surface lifts. Scheduled trails include Sunspot, Tumwater, Mimi, the Fun Park area, Lower Sitkum, Lower Chak Chak, and the Pika Peak Learning Area, along with 100Laps Park and Lil Bombers Park.
