Race Run – Skookum. Race is accessed by taking Chair 3 or Chair 4.
Ages: U6, U8, U10, U12, U14
Registration: 7:30 am to 8:30 am each morning prior to the race. Upper level of the Hampton Lodge.
Bibs: Issued in team packets to a coach/parent. Bibs will be collected at the finish line after the 2nd run
each day. Those not taking a 2nd run may leave their bibs at the scoreboard after the 1st run. U6 & U8
racers receive 1 race run each day and 1 optional training run; U10 & older receive 2 runs each day,
regardless of their 1st run results. Those who DSQ or DNF the 1st run will not be included in the overall
results for the day.

Entry Deadline: Friday January 18th (Entries Received). $25.00 late fee for entries received after that
date. Late entries will run at the end of the field. Absolutely NO phone, FAX, or e-mail entries accepted.
*NO Day of Race Entries accepted.
Cost: $45.00 for 1 day, or $65.00 for 2 days. Entries received without payment will be considered late
Lifts: $47.00 for competitors 10 & older; 9 and under $10, purchase at Mission Ridge Ticket Office, open
at 7:30am for competitors and 8:00am for parents. All competitors must purchase a competitor ticket,
no other discounts apply. Checks, cash, or credit card accepted.
Bib Deposit: $50 charge per lost or damaged bib.
Waivers: All athletes must complete the MRSSA Competition Waiver.
Coaches Meeting: 7:45 am in the upper level of the Hampton Lodge, near fireplace.
Early Lift for Competitors: Chair 4 opens at 8:15 am for competitors and 9:00 am for parents.
Race Volunteers: Anyone interested in volunteering to gate keep on race day can check in at registration.
Volunteers receive a ticket for the day worked, plus one for an additional day of skiing during the 2019-2020 ski
season. Lunch and beverages provided.
Gear Bags: The Mission Ridge Lodge is relatively small. Bags left under tables or anywhere on the floor of the
lodge will be moved to lost and found. Please help us keep our lodge easy to navigate.
Early Lift for Competitors: 8:15am Chair #4 to get to Skookum each morning for all competitors and coaches.
Course Inspection: 1st Run: 8:30am to 9:15am. Course closed at 9:15am; 1st forerunner at 9:20am. 1st run
starts at 9:30am
Awards: Presented 30 minutes after each day’s race, at the base area podium near the lodge.
T-Shirts: Pre-registered, paid athletes will receive a souvenir T-shirt. Late registrations will receive a shirt only if
there are extras available. T-shirts available for order in advance – $15.00 for parents and family members.
Lodging: The Coast Wenatchee Hotel – A block of rooms has been arranged for $129.00 + taxes (up to 4 people)
per night with 6:30AM breakfast included. The Coast Wenatchee Hotel will have adequate tuning space
available. Ask for the Mission Ridge - Apple Cup Invite room block and the dates of the race to receive the
