To mark Otto’s 100th birthday, his family will host a celebration at Mission Ridge on Tuesday morning at the Ka Wham Cafe inside the Hampton Lodge. Members of the Mission Ridge community and guests are invited to join the celebration beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday.
