Happy Halloween! There's nothing spooky about the end of October up here at The Ridge: we're just stoked for winter looming on the horizon, snowmaking coming up ASAP, and our 10th annual Pray for Snow concert tomorrow! 

Another round of October snowfall has us in high spirits, with a couple inches of new snow in the Base Area and the possibility for additional showers tonight and tomorrow!

FIRST DUMP ALERT! A dusting of early-season snowfall painted the upper mountain white on Friday night, and it was followed up swiftly by a deep dump on Sunday evening!

After some unseasonably chilly conditions last weekend, we're ready for a return to sunshine that's gonna last all weekend long!

With some considerate clouds keeping temperatures on the chillier side, I decided it was a perfect day to run to the summit of Wenatchee Mountain, or Microwave as most of us probably know it.

Blues and purples are dominating the color wheel this week on the Lake Clara Trail, as the wildflower bloom continues to put on a show.
