After fresh snow earlier this week, conditions have held up pretty well throughout the day. Less steep runs primarily have edge-able surface conditions with spots of loose snow that can be tossed about a good bit.

We’re excited to announce that Chair 3 will be back in action for tomorrow (Friday, 2/27), after we received 6 inches of natural snowfall in the Upper Basin this week!

We are gearing up for another playful day at The Ridge today with some sun and comfortable temperatures forecast to dominate the mountain. It could get a little windy today, especially at the summit where that wind could cause some movement of any unpacked snow.

After a day of traffic on the slopes, conditions will be variable on the groomed runs. Areas of soft snow overly firm surfaces below, with a few spots of exposed hardpack. There will be plenty of dry fluff to throw about, but surfaces are bumpy in places.

We are taking a break from the wintery weather to soak up some sun and it might get chilly and windy today.

The snow stakes are reading 3.5 inches in 24 hours from yesterday's squall and yes, once again we are forecast for some more!
