Wednesday 12/21/2016 Forecast

After making a few hot laps on chair 3, I’d have to say nothing beats a calm, blue-bird day on the mountain! That’s right folks, the wild weather of the past couple of days has cleared to make way for some awesome conditions out there today! We've received 6” of new snow in the last 24hrs with a total of 10" in the last 48hrs. The warmer temps have made our typically light and fluffy snow a little heavier, creating some awesome coverage and a good top up to our base. There are some fun powder pockets to be had and the groomers are skiing and riding beautifully as well, so go on and enjoy your mid-week adventure! See you out there, -Skier Amy

12:00pm Update I just took several runs down Chair 3.  Excellent shredding and skiing out there today!  Slope conditions are impressive with plenty of untouched lines, firm but sweet groomers, and pockets of the good stuff.  The warmer temps from this morning are chilling out and continue to decrease.  The 6” of snow dropped overnight lays like a nice thick blanket which is uncharacteristic of the usual type of snow we receive this time of year but welcoming all the same!  The more the better!  Chair 4 is open and resumed normal operations.  Chair 2 is still on Standby and will resume normal operations should weather conditions permit.  Stay tuned for more updates.  Let’s Ride! Matt
