Happy Saturday, Mountain lovin' people! Mother Nature has joined the party to share a little love today, gracing us with a kiss of new snow overnight

Flurries in the air are ushering in the start of the long weekend! Cloudy skies have been hinting at snow for several hours, and flakes could continue on and off throughout the night riding period, with up to an inch of new accumulation possible at the summit.

Corduroy should be smooth and consistent this morning, with nightly snowmaking this week adding significant new material for the grooming team to work into that surface. As the day progresses, temps could creep into the 30s across the mountain.

Temps are currently floating just above freezing across the mountain but should be dipping back down within the next couple hours. We have variable conditions across the mountain after a day of skier and rider traffic.

We are scheduled for another sunny and mild day today, with balmy temperatures and the cloud cover set to move out of the sky throughout the day.

Conditions are variable with a firm base layer underlying a spotty covering of loose, soft snow. Snowmaking guns ran well into the morning today, which fortunately brought in quite a bit of artificial 'powder' to keep coverage on the hardpack.
