We are thrilled to share that the 2025/26 season at Mission Ridge will officially kick off on Thursday, December 4th!
It was a great weekend for snowmaking production with chilly temps across all elevations that allowed guns to run nonstop. Last night, lows were in the teens, and those piles stacked quickly all across the mountain.
Better late than never! We finally got our first major snowfall of November yesterday, with 4 inches of new snow overnight on the upper mountain and 7 inches in the last 24 hours.
We will target Friday, December 5th, as the new Opening Day for the 2025/26 winter season, conditions permitting. This weekend, we will shift toward providing a stellar mountainside dining experience at the Chair 5 Pub.
Winter made a welcome return this morning with both natural snowfall and snow guns firing across the mountain. After a stretch of unseasonably warm and wet November weather, colder temperatures over the past few days have allowed the Mission Ridge Snowmaking (MRSM) team to make real progress.
After a warm weekend, the team geared up on Sunday evening in eager anticipation of a frosty forecast to start the week.
