After another mild night, we’re looking at soft, springlike conditions again today. Expect mostly cloudy skies with a high near 41, and a southwest breeze this morning that should ease up this afternoon. As temperatures climb, the snow will continue to soften and feel wetter, especially on lower elevations and in high-traffic areas.

With warm temperatures overnight across the mountain, expect soft and springlike conditions today. With temps warming and a small chance of rain, we should see more softening as the day progresses.

Overnight, temperatures have remained above freezing at Midway and the Base Area, while the summit stayed below freezing. The warmer air is expected to creep up the mountain throughout the day which, combined with sun warming, should tip us over the freezing threshold at the top today.

Conditions on the mountain are variable on-piste after skier traffic over the course of the day has scraped snow off the most trafficked areas and deposited downslopes or along the edges.
