Big coastal spine lines, huge open faces, chutes, ramps, cruising glacier runs, bowls, and even a few trees. Runs are typically a minimum of 2,000 vertical feet. Runs of 3,500’ of vertical are abundant and will burn even the most seasoned skiers legs when we ride it top to bottom.

Night Skiing / Mountain Music Series Schedule

Mission Ridge opens for nine consecutive Saturday nights of Night Skiing and the Mountain Music Series this Saturday night 12/30. Night Skiing runs from 4pm-8pm on Chair 4 while the Mountain Music Series kicks off around 6pm inside the Hampton Lodge on the Ka Wham Cafe side. Music and dinner specials can be enjoyed from both the Ka Wham Cafe and the Chair 5 Pub inside the Hampton Lodge and all Mountain Music Series events are open to all ages and are fun for the entire family. Whether you head up to ski or just want to enjoy a rockin’ show, Mission Ridge is the place to be Saturday nights through the end of February. Lift tickets for Night Skiing are just $20 per night, $5 if upgraded from the current Saturday’s day lift ticket, or individuals can purchase the Night Ski Pass, good for every night of Night Ski operations for only $99. Rental equipment is only $25 from 4pm-8pm.

Kai's 7 day Forecast

There is a moderate likelihood of a weak system coming through the area on Friday. Despite the low water content, the cold temperatures could result in an inch or two of new snow. Following this disturbance, expect highs in the mid-teens and lows around 10 through the weekend. Temperatures should begin to warm up on Sunday in anticipation of a small disturbance and a chance of snow for Christmas Day. Expect daytime temperatures in the mid-20’s through midweek.

Opening Day 2017 Announced

We are excited to announce that we will be opening for the 2017/18 season Saturday November 18 from 9am-4pm. An opening day of November 18th is a week earlier than scheduled and the second time in the last four seasons the resort has been able to open prior to the Thanksgiving holiday.
