12/3/22 Conditions Report

Posted on December 3rd, 2022

10am Update: Mother Nature is delivering us a stunning winter day, complete with clear skies and views of the valley below. A trace of super lightweight snow overnight has consolidated in pockets on the PM groom, providing some fantastic turns for this early in the season. Those groomed runs should be riding great all day today! If you are feeling adventurous and decided to leave groomed trails, use caution as those early season conditions are still present just under the new snowfall. Grab that extra layer for the chilly times between turns and come experience the mountain!

What a beautiful morning it is shaping up to be to kick off our first weekend in December! There are patches of stars out above the slopes and we have received a trace of light snow overnight. Look for the groomed surfaces to provide the most consistent turns of the day, and if you choose to adventure off-groom please use caution as early season conditions do still exist under that new snowfall. The forecast is calling for some chilly temperatures today, so be sure to grab that extra layer to keep you warm in between those early season laps!

Early season conditions will exist. Low snow and difficult conditions are present. Please stay on open runs and respect all rope lines/trail closures as they are there for your safety.

Forecast:

A 20 percent chance of snow before 10am. Partly sunny, with a high near 21. Wind chill values as low as -4. East wind 7 to 9 mph.
