Thursday 3/9 Forecast

Powder hounds come one, come all! As we predicted after reading the stats, today truly is an epic day on the slopes! With 4” of fresh snow overnight, 7” in the last 24hrs and 11” in the last 48hrs, the pow is plentiful and the smiles are endless! Fresh tracks everywhere you turn but don’t take my word for it, come check out the goods for yourself! The snow is predicted to fall throughout the day so perhaps tomorrow will be just as good! Sunday 3/5 Forecast

1pm Update: Parking is available in the Upper and Lower Lots Lace up those dancing shoes because it’s a ripper of day up the Ridge! We’ve received 2” of fresh overnight making a total of 3” in the last 24hrs, and the sun’s come out to join the party! The groomers are laced with the soft stuff to add some fun to your turnin’ and burnin’ and off piste terrain is boasting some great pow stashes to help you slash up a storm! More snow is in the forecast, but for now get out and enjoy the sun! Today is the final day of the Special Olympics so go check out the action and cheer on the awesome athletes! Sunday 3/5 Preview

Sunday Forecast is looking real nice!  Get your snow dance on so we have some freshies in the morning!  Tomorrow looks to provide perfect  temps with a light breeze and a chance of snow all day long.  Sunday is the final day of the Special Olympics.  Come out and support these talented athletes.  Then enjoy some turns, a great lunch, and your favorite libation fireside on the deck at Hampton Lodge. Let’s Ride! -Matt Tonight Snow showers, mainly between 10pm and 4am. Low around 15. South wind 7 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches possible. Sunday Snow showers likely, mainly between 10am and 4pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 23. Southwest wind around 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible.

Saturday 3/4 Forecast

Another great day in the mountains! Blue skies,stella views, crisp temps, calm breezes and fresh snow! Mission Ridge is where the fun’s at today! Chair Two Groomers are laced with some freshies and Chair 3 & 4 groomers are fast and fun for a day full of turnin’ and burnin’! Surface conditions off-piste are still variable to due wind affect, leeward facing aspects are loaded with fresh goodness to shred until your heart’s content. Friday 3/3 Forecast

Every day on the mountain is a good one. Today the summit is breezy and clouds are making for limited  visibility, and hopefully will bring us some snow later on! The main basin clears up to provide a crisp view of the sunny valley below. Chair Two groomers  are dusted with a trace of new snow in places and chair Three cords are riding fast and flowy underfoot.   Off-piste snow conditions are variable due to wind affected areas, lee-ward aspects are loaded and make for some fun stashes to shred. If you already miss our Mountain Music Series and want to do something awesome tonight, bring your friends and come enjoy the talented Vicci Martinez, for a special evening of live music and great food! Friday 3/3 Preview

First weekend of March has arrived with a positive forecast, so think snow snow snow.  Chairs 1, 2, and 3 with Pika Peak and 100Laps Rope Tows scheduled for operation.  Chair 4 is open from 12pm-4pm as we are hosting Special Olympics!  Get ready for a great weekend! Let’s Ride! Matt Tonight A 30 percent chance of snow. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 23. Breezy, with a west wind 14 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible. Friday Snow likely, mainly after 11am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 32. Breezy, with a southwest wind around 22 mph, with gusts as high as 33 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.

Thursday 3/2 Forecast

It’s another epic day on the slopes today! We’ve received an inch of snow in the last 24hrs that was accompanied by strong alpine winds, so expect variable conditions off-piste. The winds have died down for us today, the temps are mild  and how ‘bout those groomers!? Fast, soft and creamy underfoot, you couldn’t really ask for better hot laps! Monday 2/27 Forecast

The mid winter break has come to an end, but winter is still in full force.  Cold temps today preserved the new snowfall so you can expect fast tight tight corduroy, with excellent variable conditions off piste.  The goods are still out there and waiting for you.  Dress warmer today as temperatures are in the low teens and twenties.  You won’t need sunscreen because snow is in the forecast throughout the day.  Today in history, On this day in 1827, a group of masked and costumed students dance through the streets of New Orleans, Louisiana, marking the beginning of the city’s famous Mardi Gras celebrations.  The only mask you will need today is your goggles! Sunday 2/26 Forecast

Stash those goggle tans away and come enjoy this snowy Sunday on the slopes with us! We’ve received an inch so far and the freshies are still falling from the sky! The groomers are flowing so smooth with the buttery dusting of powder and off-piste riding will get increasingly better as the days goes on and the snow keeps falling!
